The Good, and the Bad

To end this year, I would like to write about almost all that has happened to me this year, both the good and the bad. Starting off, early January, I had my SPM, which was a hell of a 5 year ride. Finally starting my adult life when I entered the age of 18 on my birthday, which was apparently still SPM. I had great fun with my friends throughout the years of studying and it would probably still linger with me for the years to come. Moving on, ending my teenage years, I finished SPM on february and had some time to reflect (okay I didn't really reflect, it was more of a downtime moment. Played video games the whole few months I was free). I confessed to my crush of 2-3 years, and it felt very freeing.

By April I finally got to see the culmination of my efforts on a piece of paper. A sense of accomplishment washed over me as I held it on my hands, revealing a rather acceptable result. Around May I started my driving lessons, got into an exam a few weeks after, and started practicing the wheels on June. I had to put it on hold by then because I got accepted into a university in the peninsular. I frantically packed my things and said goodbye to my hometown, my friends and family and ventured into college with nothing but hopes and dreams.

July rolled over, I went around town, made new friends and learned new things. By August, I travelled with my mum to the city, and went to Sunway (they have a huge Popular store). Pushing through with my studies, I learned new ways to delegate my time, how to better take care of myself, and learning to appreciate myself more. Still, I persisted with my studies, by October I won a competition with my groupmates, who were incredible in all the things they do. Without them, I probably wouldn't have been as great as I am today. I went back home for the holidays by the end of November, tired from all these experiences. And here we are on December, Christmas came, I MC'ed for game night during my family gathering and I enjoyed it.
